The Art of Sue Ann Pearson
Pearson's art hangs in homes from Charleston, South Carolina to Berlin Germany. Her unique style of color
and theme present a fresh look at her subjects which are mostly found in nature.
Working in French acrylic paint, Pearson likes the vibrant color and immediacy of acrylic, although oils and photography are present in her working resume as well.
Pearson is an art history major at Goddard College in Vermont and is mostly self-taught however studies include Montserrat College of Art and private tutelage in Montreal.
Her artwork has been well received and a favorite in local art auctions and her paintings have shown in galleries including Mingo Gallery, Beverly MA, Juried Shows at Montserrat College of Art, The Firehouse Center for the Arts in Newburyport, The Magnolia Summer Art Show, Café di Sienna Gallery in Newburyport, Hammond Castle Museum, Gloucester, Agora Gallery NYC and Juried Show at The Cultural Center of Rocky Neck, Cape Ann.
